Tumor-host crosstalk and its therapeutic targeting
Welcome to the Sohal Lab!
The Sohal Lab is an upcoming research lab located at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. Our scientific goal is to develop an intricate understanding of how cancer cells communicate with normal cells to promote tumor growth and metastasis, particularly in difficult-to-treat cancers. Thereafter, our ultimate vision is to translate these insights into novel therapies that target cancer-promoting crosstalk.
As an academic research lab, we are equally committed to cultivating the next generation of scientists. Through individualized mentorship, rigorous training, and collaborative science, we will strive to empower the young generation to be the future leaders in the fight against cancer. Learn more about our mentoring and teaching philosophy.
